Cancellation policy (for consumers)

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the right of cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Return of the goods

You must return the goods immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation to the following address:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the deadline expires.

The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
As this is a palletised return shipment, these costs can be considerable.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to entrepreneurs within the meaning of the statutory provisions.
